01Our Model

Care that comes to the community.

Most health plans wait for people to arrive at a hospital. Ours starts in the community, on a schedule, long before anyone needs a hospital bed.

02Every Two Weeks

How a fortnight works.

Day 1

We arrive.

Registered nurses and community health officers from our network come to the community on a fixed day. People know when we are coming, so they come too.

Day 1

Everyone gets checked.

A full preventive check for every member who attends, starting with blood pressure and blood sugar and adding any other test they need. Every result goes straight into their digital health record.

Day 1 to 14

Small problems stay small.

Anyone with an early warning sign gets advice, medication from a nearby pharmacy, or a referral. The next check shows whether it is working.

Any Day

Serious care is covered.

If someone needs a hospital, their plan covers treatment at the nearest government-registered hospital. Their record is already there when they arrive.

03The Plans

Two plans. Both under two dollars.

Priced so a family living on less than $20 a month can afford it, because that is who they are for.

Individual

₦999per person, per month. Less than $1.
  • ₦200,000 combined medical cover each year
  • Up to ₦45,000 for surgery each year
  • A communal checkup and preventive care every two weeks
  • Free curative care at the nearest government-registered hospital
  • No hospital registration fees
  • Free medication from a nearby pharmacy
  • A digital health record with no storage limit
  • A QR card that lets any clinic open the record

04Your Support

What a sponsor's money does.

₦999 covers one person for a month. That pays for a checkup every two weeks, with hospital care there if they need it.

₦11,988 covers them for a year. Less than the cost of a single hospital admission for most rural families.

Sponsors can fund plans for a whole community, and we report back on enrolment and on what the checkups found.

Sponsor a Community

Prevention is the cheapest care there is.

Help us bring it to more communities.
